Coffee Without the Carafe!

Cuisinart lets you have your coffee on demand! The Cuisinart DCC-3000 Coffee on Demand dispenses one cup at a time with an easy to use actuator. Hold up to 12 cups of coffee in the double-wall coffee reservoir. The easy to read coffee gauge lets you know how many cups of coffee are left, and the included charcoal water filter keeps your coffee tasting great. The DCC-3000 makes coffee easy– its fully programmable with 24-hour advance brew start, programmable auto shutoff, self-clean, and a 1-4 cup setting to brew smaller amounts that still taste delicious. Remove both the coffee and water reservoirs for easy clean up.

Note:Coffee grounds/particles are accumulating coffee container where the brewed coffee exits the container, which prevents the gasket from sealing correctly when the dispense lever is released. When/if this happens, the valve needs to be rinsed with tap water while holding the valve (located on the bottom of the container) open to flush any grounds/particles out.

Love love love this coffee pot!! And for the people that complained about a “2 inch cord” you have to pull the cord from the unit when you unpackage it. It’s retracted into the coffee maker. That’s what I did and as far as I know they don’t make models different from the other. And my cord is long enough to pull out from under the Cupboard without unplugging… Use your brain people…

Ii bought this for my elderly mother who has arthritis and can not hold on to a heavy coffee pot anymore. She loves it, and it works well for her. She drinks coffee part of the day, so a single serving coffee maker would not have worked well for her. She had a Hamilton Beach unit, that turned out to be nothing but junk. This coffee maker had a reasonable price, nice style and a name brand I trust.

Got rid of my Keurig for this.

I’d give this coffee maker a five star rating for several reasons. The primary reason is all the detachable parts. Easily detachable. Made to be detachable. You can take the water reservoir out, which is where you pour the water in on the left. You can take the part that you pour scoops of coffee into out as well as the filter which sits inside it. And most impressive, you can take the coffee reservoir out and rinse that out as well. This thing is made to be rinsed out and easily kept clean where as my Keurig mini I just got rid of was not. Also, speaking of the Keurig, as convieniet as it was to use the pods and not have to clean up a filter, in the end, I’d rather not spend the money on those cups. After a while, you start feeling the expense of those cups and that’s why I wanted to go back to a regular coffee maker and one that was easily cleanable. This maker is perfect for that.

Best Coffee Maker for the money!

Great update to the previous model! I love the addition of the LED light for viewing the coffee being filled into your cup. The removable water reservoir is also an added plus. They also increased the coffee spill reservoir and made the water filter more visible.

This Cuisinart DCC-3000 coffee maker is the best coffee maker we’ve ever owned

This Cuisinart DCC-3000 coffee maker is the best coffee maker we’ve ever owned! That says a lot because we’ve owned at least five or six different coffee makers over many, many years. The BEST thing about this coffee maker is that it makes VERY good tasking coffee, especially when you’re starting with good quality coffee to begin with. My wife says she doesn’t mind that you have an inner hot coffee “holder” (that holds the coffee within the coffee maker after it’s brewed) to wash as well as the coffee basket itself where you place the filter. (Note: We don’t use the wire basket that was included with the maker because we prefer using paper filters.)
