Pebble Smartwatch

Integrates with your life to connect you to what matters most.

The Pebble Smartwatch connects to your iPhone or Android device via Bluetooth so you get the information you need exactly when you need it. Designed to make your life easier, Pebble provides personalized notifications and downloadable apps to keep you in the loop when you’re on the go. You can also customize with watchfaces and apps to suit your personal style and interests. It features a long-lasting battery, user-friendly operation, and a screen that’s readable even in bright daylight or underwater. Pebble comes with a USB charging cable and Quick Start Guide.

Thoughtful Engineering in a Wearable Design

Pebble has a straightforward, wearable design that lets you get the information you need in just one glance. The e-Paper display is easy to read even in direct sunlight so you can always see what’s going on inside or out. Lightweight and comfortable to wear, Pebble won’t weigh you down when you’re on the move. Its 5 ATM salt or fresh water rating means you’ll still be accessible if caught in a downpour or swimming, and the scratch-resistant display can take some hard knocks while keeping its good looks. The battery conveniently lasts five to seven days on a single charge.

Works With Your Busy Life

Pebble does more than just tell the time. It displays email, SMS, Caller ID, and other notifications from your favorite apps right on your wrist, allowing you to leave your phone in your pocket while you’re in meetings, social engagements, or on the go. Pebble alerts you with a silent vibration to incoming calls, meeting reminders, and notifications from apps like Facebook and Twitter. And because of its long-lasting battery life, Pebble blends in to your day-to-day activities without slowing you down while you’re running, cycling, or just going about your busy schedule.

Choose from a variety of apps for fitness, music, and games.
Access Downloadable Apps

Pebble gives you quick access to a range of downloadable apps for endless combinations that suit your hobbies, interests, and lifestyle. Runners and cyclists can track performance with the popular fitness app RunKeeper. If you’re ready to hit the links, the FreeCaddie golf app lets you see the distance to the green at over 25,000 golf courses. And since Pebble is an open platform, new apps are always in the works from our development community and partners, letting you take advantage of new watchfaces, games, and other innovations.

Easy-access buttons let you control music, alarm, and setting.
Easy Operation

Pebble has easy-access Up and Down buttons to scroll through watchfaces and menus. The Select button takes you to the main menu, which includes music control, alarm, and settings. A simple tap on the watch or flick of your wrist will illuminate the backlight. To charge Pebble, simply connect it to a computer using the included custom USB cable.

Access your favorite music on iTunes, Spotify, and Pandora while on the go.
Enjoy Your Favorite Music on the Go

Control your favorite music apps–including iTunes, Spotify, and Pandora–from your Pebble without missing a beat while running, cycling, or just playing music from a dock at home.

Customize the watchface and band to suit your style.
Make It Your Own

Pebble is easy to personalize to reflect your style and personality. Choose from a variety of downloadable watchfaces, and even swap in a standard-sized 22mm watchband of your choice for a custom look (sold separately).

Get notifications from Facebook and Twitter.
Get Notifications

With notifications, you can get discreet updates on the information that is most important to you. In addition to Caller ID, email, text message, and calendar alerts, you can choose to receive notifications from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.

Compatible with iPhones and Androids.

I didn’t purchase my Pebble through Amazon, I purchased through Target. The Pebble Smartwatch is the first smartwatch I’ve ever had. It was comfortable and stylish. You can pick your watch face which I liked because it made it feel custom.

This Pebble smartwatch makes a heck of a lot more of a splash than just a ripple.

Back in May 2012, a small company called Pebble used Kickstarter to create a dream – a customizable smartwatch that could communicate with iOS and Android devices to perform a variety of tasks including displaying text & email messages, showing different watch faces, and controlling your phone’s incoming calls. I had the opportunity to jump in at the start but passed on it thinking I wouldn’t have any need for a watch since I already owned a smartphone. Now that the base Pebble’s price recently dropped below $100, I figured I’d give one a shot, and, boy, was I wrong about Pebble – it has brought the biggest transformation to how I use technology since I bought the original iPhone seven years ago.

Keeps getting better!

The last few updates have really made a big difference. The battery life is finally up to what was advertised! I charge once a week. You can now see multiple notifications, the two way apps are finally starting to come out, and they keep squashing bugs.

If you wear a watch and hate pulling out your phone…

I understand that some people don’t “get” the idea of a smartwatch, so I’ll explain why I wanted one. I have to stay connected and respond immediately as part of my job. I’m on work (and personal) chat and email continually throughout the day. If I’m in front of my computer, managing this is simple. But if I’m out and about I have to constantly reach for my phone to check notifications, many of which simply aren’t important.
