Others have already shared the strengths of the Sony SW3 in more detail, but I do want to mention a few things. Keep in mind I’ve owned the LG G, LG R and Moto 360:

I may be a bit of a Sony smartwatch fanboy, so reader beware. This is their third version, and I’ve owned all 3 versions. This is a good upgrade, and it has many great features that make it an exceptional smart watch. A potential downside is the lack of heart rate monitor, but my other smart watch has that and it’s never really useful. Let’s face it, you really only check your heart rate when running, and watches require you to stand still to measure the heart rate…so that’s pretty pointless. You can use a chest heart monitor with bluetooth communication to the watch, and that’s really a better solution anyway.

There may be better watches out there. For instance, I originally wanted the galaxy s, but settled with this since I don’t need to purchase a line with it in order for it to be activated.
